In order to maximize the sweetness of the fruit, the amount of water given each day is carefully adjusted. Taking advantage of the low moisture content soil of Honjo, Saitama Prefecture, we are able to produce strawberries with a rich, concentrated sweetness.

Saitama is particular about the nutrients in the soil. By using fertilizers carefully selected by the owner, the soil is kept safe and fertile, making it optimal for growing strawberries.

By making the most of the fertile land of the Kanto Plain and providing the strawberries with an abundance of natural blessings, they grow large, shiny strawberries.
